M1 BAYONET IN PLASTIC SCABBARD MADE BY THE UNION FORK AND HOE COMPANY

This bayonet is marked at the ricasso on one side with “U.F.H.” over “US” with a bursting bomb between the letters. The other ricasso is blank. Blade has been parkerized and is in overall nice condition.

Grip is black Bakelite type material that is in good condition with no cracks. Metal surfaces match the blade.

Green plastic scabbard has painted green metal throat with ordnance bomb insignia with “US” at center. No other markings are visible.  [sm]
