Khaki cotton duck shelter half with a single end closure and white metallic buttons across the top. There are four rope loops along the bottom edge for anchoring to the ground. Most of the buttons show discoloration and surface rust. Cotton duck material is in good condition with one professional repair at bottom front.
This shelter tent was reissued for World War Two as it has a WW2 laundry number stamped in several places and the repair that was done used the later OD green material for a patch. [ad] [ph:L]
