Framed in attractive brown wood, 17.25” x 14, w/ brown paper backing and hang-wire. White Printed inlay upon which the notes are mounted—14” x 10.5-- contains a beautiful stand of the “Flags of the Confederacy.” Alabama note is dated January 1, 1863 and signed by the Governor in ink. The 500 dollar Confederate note features a vignette of “Stonewall”  Jackson and is dated “Feby. 17, 1864.”

White inlay is matted in brown. Overall condition, notes included: near mint. Highly attractive. Superb Confederate display piece! [JP] [ph:L]
