Original pack of 15-second time fuzes manufactured at the Frankford Arsenal in Philadelphia, PA during the Civil War.

Pack is constructed of a drilled wood block that holds five paper time fuses. Covered in an orange preprinted label that reads “Frankford Arsenal / 1864 / 15 Second Fuzes” with instructions on how to open the pack. All cloth strips remain.

Uncommon 15-second variety wrapped in light tan paper is in good condition with only a few small chips and one small tear. A solid packet.   [jet][ph:L]
