Volume is hardcover with no dustjacket. Covers are blue cloth with the title in black on the cover and spine. Covers are in nice shape showing only light wear.
The book meas. 6.00 x 9.00 inches and runs 198 pages with bibliography and index. First few pages have light staining and page 95 is loose but present. Volume has numerous black & white photographs as well as some drawings. [ad] [PH:L]
