The full title of this volume is “REGULATIONS FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF THE NAVY OF THE UNITED STATES” PUBLISHED BY THE Government Printing Office in Washington, D.C. in 1896.
Book is hardcover and bound in blue cloth with the title on the spine. Covers are in good condition showing only minor wear. It meas. approx. 5.00 x 8.25 inches and runs 513 pages with index.
Interior binding is good but the page edges have yellowed with age. First few pages bear library discard marks. First page has a name and “PRIVATE PROPERTY” in period ink. [ad][ph:L]
