The full title of this hardcover volume is “REVISED UNITED STATES ARMY REGULATIONS OF 1861 WITH APPENDIX CONTAINING THE CHANGES AND LAWS AFFECTING ARMY REGULATIONS AND ARTICLES OF WAR TO JUNE 25, 1863” published in Philadelphia in 1864.

The book is bound in a faded blue cloth with the title in gold on the spine. Covers have faded to a purple while the spine is brown. Covers have an ink smudge and some minor surface dirt.

Volume meas. approx. 5.25 x 8.25 inches and runs 594 pages with index. Interior is mostly clean with some minor dirt smudges. Binding is good. Inside front cover has a “SOCIETY LIBRARY” bookplate from 1869. [ad][ph:L]
