Written by Captain and Brevet Major Newel Cheney and first printed in 1901, this edition was part of a 300-copy reprint project by BERRYBOOK PRESS in 1998. All leaves are in excellent and crisp condition with no foxing, tears, or creasing and binding remains tight. The boards are fabric covered with gold-filled embossed border patterning, seal-style title logo, and text.
The condition of the book is virtually “as new” with no notable defects. Overall measurements are 5.6” x 8.74”.
Surely a worthy addition to any collection of rare Civil War books. [ad] [PH:L]
