Compiled by Professor Robert Stewart and published by the Regimental Association in 1912, this book profiles the wartime history of the 140th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry.

Cover is blue cloth with gold-embossed text and designs on front cover and spine. Very slight shelf wear is noted at lower spine edge with two slight perforations along the spine itself. Otherwise, cover is complete with only minor wear.  All pages are in excellent condition and the book retains the original illustrative plate of the marches and service of the 140th. Spine is tight and secure. Dimensions are 6.25” x 9”.

An excellent addition to any fine library of primary Civil War sources.    [cm][ph:L]
