This is the smallest “Hospital Department” bottle we’ve encountered. It is a small clear glass variant of this well-known and popular bottle. Measures 3” tall and 1.25” in diameter. Applied top and molded. “U.S.A. / HOSP. DEPT.” is very slightly raised on side. Clean with no chips or defects.  [jet] [ph:L]
