Attractive decanter stands 10 ¾” tall including stopper; base is 3 ¾” in diameter.  Stop is ¾” in diameter at lip.  Three applied rings to neck. No visible cracks; has one long, very shallow scratch on the body, closer to the neck, which runs the circumference of the bottle; barely noticeable.  [ld] [ph:L]
