Likely produced in Belfast. Molded, unmarked base with rough pontil.  Measures 8 ¾” tall with two bladed neck rings. Cut finger flutes on shoulder with a cut husk ring around the body. Blank attributed to Belfast because of it’s bladed rings, lack of pouring spout and Bristol type taper shape.  [lj/ld][ph:L]
