This cruet & stopper, probably produced in Pittsburgh, has a large folded foot, a hollow handle with nice tooling and a flip at the base; it stands 6 7/8” tall. Rough pontil. No cracks or chips. The large folded foot suggests a pre-Civil War date; cruets produced later in the 19th century did not have feet. [lj/ld][ph:L]
