Cobalt blue free blown salt well, American, probably Midwest 1825-1845. Wasted bowl with everted rim, raised on a drawn short stem and conical foot with rough graphite pontil mark, 2 1/4" tall. There is an imbedded annealing crack to the foot that does not break the surface, otherwise undamaged. [lj/ld] [ph:L]
