Green cut-to-clear whisky taster or shot glass, 2 1/2" tall.  Probably from the eastern US 1870-1900, this would have been considered luxury glass when it was made.  The colorless glass was dipped in a second gather of green glass and the cut flutes around the base were cut from the green.  The base is completely polished removing any trace of the green glass that remained.  [lj][ph:L]
