This is a non-dug North Carolina button with state seal at center, somewhat worn down. “NORTH CAROLINA” present around upper edge.  Coat size. Face is bright. No backmark. Shank is present and straight. Minor amount of wear around edge on reverse. [ld] [ph:L]
