Attractive set of 4 color drawings of Union soldiers – a Federal Infantry corporal, a Federal cavalryman, a private in a Heavy Artillery regiment, and a Duryee Zouave. Each is accompanied by a descriptive sheet. All are housed in a folder with the title of, “CIVIL WAR SOLDIERS / SERIES 1: UNION SOLDIERS”. Each plate measures 8” x 10”; printed circa 1981. Inside flap of the folder is marked, “ARTIST: DON TROIANI” and “THE SENTRY POST / 1434 Bywood Avenue / Upper Darby, PA 19082”.
