It has an imprint of “Hoyer & Ludwig, Richmond VA.” There is an Indian prince on the left, men loading a wagon that are flanked by sailing ship and goddess Minerva on the right. This is a type 16 in Confederate Bonds; book by “Douglas B. Ball Ph. D.” There are also 14 coupons intact. [ws] [ph:L]
