This Bond is authorized by Act of Congress CSA on the 28th February 1861, printed on white paper with green tint engraved on text. The total number of Bonds issued were 5,250 (all varieties). This Bond is numbered 1797 and was issued on the 1st of May 1861. Also eighteen coupons are intact. This is a type 4 in the book CS Bonds by “Douglas B. Ball Ph. D.”  [ws]  [ph:L]
