Small paper note measures 5” x 2.25”. Black print overall with faint red image in background. Blank back.

Numbered and signed in ink. Dated December 17th 1861. Centered well, several small chips around edges, several splits of which three are repaired with archival tape. Displays fine.

Used as an illustration on page 204 of “Confederate Arsenals, Laboratories, and Ordnance Depots” by Dean Thomas.
