An original piece of Confederate money, being the $500 CSA T-64 bill featuring at left, a soldier on horse with a Confederate flag flying behind. At right, a portrait of Stonewall Jackson.
Engraved and printed by Keatinge & Ball. Dated February 17th 1864. Plate letter, B. Printed serial number, 30019. This note has very faint pink shade remaining on the front and black back. The printing is clear and the contrast good. No pin holes, few folds, lightly soiled. Centered well with complete frame. A typical Confederate bill. [jet][ph:L]
