Issued in Montgomery, Alabama, and in very fine, if not uncirculated condition. Numbered in ink (74700). Center vignette shows a wagon full of cotton being transported on horseback, portrait of nurse Juliet Opie Hopkins in the lower right corner. Alabama “map on tree” image at top, left. “25 Cts” in red.
