Vol IX—No. 444. 16 pp. [401-416], 4 columns, with stories, illustrations and cartoons. Front cover features story and illustrations newly consecrated  Battle of Bull Monuments. Pages 408 and nine contain story and two page illustrations of The Military Commission that tried the conspirators, lead by Major Gen. Lew Wallace; and   the six male conspirators—Lewis Payne, J.W. Atzerott, Samuel Arnold, David C. Herold, Edward Spangler, Michael O’Laughlin. Also an interior portrait illustration of Frederick Seward, who had been wounded in Lewis Payne’s assault on his father, Secretary of State William Seward.

Exhibits mounting dots on left margin, and slight chipping round all others. Else VG, and a fine Lincoln Assassination-related collectible. In protective sleeve, w/white card backing.
