Hugh McCullough, Secretary of the Treasury [from Gardiner photo]”, with accompanying story and much coverage and interior sketch depictions of huge Union “Triumph” parade in New York. Other illustrations “General Schofield’s Head Quarters At Wilmington”,  “Fort Morgan in Mobile Bay”, and a full page depiction of “General Phil Sheridan’s Men Moving Up the Valley, with accompanying story.
