John McClosky, D.D., Archbishop of New York.” Other illustrations include a full page aerial “Isometric View of General Grant’s Virginia Campaign,” and a dramatic full page rendering of “Farragut’s Victory in Mobile Bay—the Capture of the Rebel Ram “Tennessee.” Also three treating Nathan Bedford Forrest’s activities in Memphis: (1) The Rebels at the Gayoso House, (2) The Escape of General Washburne, (3) Rebel Attack on the Irving Prison.” As well as a group portrait of General Wright and his staff and, one of Brigadier -General John Geary.
