Vol. VIII—No. 366. 16 pp. [1-16], 11” x 15.5, four columns, illustrations and cartoons. Front cover features “Diagram of Monitor “Weekhauken,” sunk in Charleston Harbor, December, 6, 1863”. Also a superb double center page “New Year’s Da y 1864” collage by famed cartoonist Thomas Nast. As well as a full page depiction of “The Army of the Cumberland—General Baird’s Division Capturing the Rebel Guns on the Left of Missionary Ridge.”, and “Different Systems of Sailing [balloons] in the Air”.

Left cover margin hemmed neatly with archival tape, right margin edges of all pages exhibit chipping. Some interior pages loose. Else VG, w/pristine smooth front cover [no fold-marks.] In protective sleeve, w/white card backing. [jp][ph:L]
