The Liberator was a weekly abolitionist newspaper founded and edited by William Lloyd Garrison and Isaac Knapp in Boston, Massachusetts, running for 35 years from January 1, 1831, to December 1865. It was the most influential antislavery periodical in the United States, advocating for immediate emancipation, equal rights, and, notably, Women's Suffrage.

Paper has separated cleanly along the vertical center fold but is in otherwise good condition.
