The drawn bayonet meas. approx. 14.50 inches from point to pommel. The blade is approx. 10.00 inches long with a central fuller. Blade is marked at the ricasso on one side with “U. C.” over “US” with a bursting bomb at center. The other ricasso is blank. Blade has been parkerized and is in overall very nice condition. True edge is free of nicks but the top edge does show four small nicks.
Grip is black Bakelite type material that is in good condition with no cracks. Metal surfaces match the blade.
OD green fiberglass scabbard has a white metal throat stamped with an ordnance bomb insignia with “US” at center. No other markings are visible. [ad] [ph:m]
