Here is a very nice example of dagger or boot knife. European style, possibly Spanish.
Measures 14” overall with a 9.5” double edged blade. Brass “S”-shaped cross guard is approximately 2.25” across. Dark wood, spiral-grooved grip has brass caps at ends and bronze “finial”.
