This is a Sharps lock plate showing strong original case colors. The Lawrence and Sharps patent stamps remain clearly visible. It is stripped of all the Lawrence primer components. The mainspring, sear, tumbler, tumbler stirrup, and bridle remain in place.
A very nice “part” for anyone with a Sharps carbine or rifle. [jet] [ph:L]
