Nice original tin container full of musket caps. Paper label pasted to lid reads: “[…] GOLDMARK’S MILITARY MUSKET CAPS / WARRENTED WATERPROOF / 250” with image of a percussion cap. Container is in excellent condition. Filled with copper musket caps. Very interestingly, the caps are maker-marked with “GOLDMARK” stamped atop each. These are definitely Civil War era percussion caps as they have been excavated on many Civil War sites, including Gettysburg. [jet]
