Iron scissor-type mold to cast a lead round ball for revolvers. Measures approximately 3.5” long overall. Single cavity mold with spout. Sprue cutter is formed between the two handles. Cavity measures approximately 0.45”.
On the end of one handle is a square block. This acts as a wrench that fits in the muzzle to unscrew the barrel.
No markings on this mold. Iron shows a dark patina. [jet] [ph:L]
