Here is a nice iron mold for Navy revolvers (.36 caliber). Two cavity type; one round ball and one conical ball of the “New Model” style. Typical Civil War-era mold marked “COLT’S PATENT” on the sprue cutter and “36 P” on the side for .36 caliber “Police” Model revolvers. Cavities are very clean with no dings or scrapes.
Integral sprue cutter is attached at the hinge pin. Some original blue overall with light patches of scattered surface rust. [jet] [ph:L]
