Offered here is a collectible tin that once contained FFF grain Dupont “Indian Rifle” gunpowder for hunters. Circa 1908.

Tin is covered in red enamel paint and features a screw top.  A colorful chromolithographed paper label is on the front with image of gun-wielding Indian. Gun powder was manufactured by E.I. DuPont De Nemours & Company in Wilmington, Delaware. The iconic oval “DUPONT” paper label is on the back.

A few small rust stains scattered overall.

Can is empty. Measures 4" tall x 3-3/4" wide x 1-3/8" deep.  A nice display item. [jet] [ph:L]
