CIVIL WAR SPENCER COMBINATION TOOL

$85.00 SOLD

Quantity Available: None

Item Code: 490-5040

These blackened iron take-down tools combine two screwdriver blades, all that is required to disassemble a Spencer rifle or carbine. They were supplied with the guns as part of the army and navy contracts and would be carried in the implement pocket on the front face of the cartridge box.

Condition is excellent. The two blades are tight together and this may need some oil to loosen them. Measures 3.575” long.

This is scarce, original Civil War Spencer tool that would complement either a Spencer rifle or carbine. [jet] [ph:L]
