This iron, two-blade combination nipple wrench / tool, produced for the Peabody carbine and rifle made by the Providence Tool Company from mid 1860s to the 1870s. In good condition showing some light wear. A sturdy "pin" projects from the top of the tool. [jet] [ph:L]
