Here is a very rare 60-Bore Sharps cartridge with a multi-groove bullet by Gomez and Mills.
This cartridge is in fine condition. The paper is crisp, and you can clearly see where another cartridge pressed into this one in the packet. You will be hard pressed to find another example in this condition.
The Gomez and Mills improvement to cartridges was patented on August 24, 1858 (Patent No. 21,253).
