Used in Colt, Remington, and any other .44 caliber percussion revolver of the Civil War.
Constructed using an “old model” lead bullet with no bands or grooves. The bullet did have a rebated base where plain, untreated paper cartridge case attached. In this case, salmon colored paper was used indicating this was from the St. Louis Arsenal.
In good condition with repairs to one side only. Would display nicely with any “Army” caliber percussion revolver.
