Iron scissor-type mold to cast a lead round ball for the Hall Rifle. Single cavity mold with spout and a sprue cutter between handles. Cavity measures approximately 0.52”. Stamped on handle is “HALL’S RIFLE”.
Condition is good with some surface rust and light pitting. Also has scattered dings and dents from trying to extract the cast balls.
