Japanned tin with label; measures approximately 1” tall x 1.5” in diameter.
The body of the container has moderate “speckled” wear to the finish. Lid has green paper label that reads “ELEY BROS Manufacturers, London. 250 METAL LINED CAPS, Made expressly for COLT’S PT Belt and Pocket PISTOLS.” Label is in good condition with minor age spotting and discoloration.
Tin is paper lined and retains 37 original ribbed pistol caps. [jet][ph:jet]
