Iron, scissor-type bullet mold that cast a single .36 caliber “Old Model” Sharps bullet, aka “ringtail” for Sharps Sporting rifles.
Mold measures approximately 8.5” overall with handle ends slightly bent. Nippers are on the front end of the mold block to trim sprue; these have chipped cutting edges. Iron is gray from being cleaned with naval jelly. Cavity remains in very good condition.
