Iron, two cavity bullet mold for the .28 caliber hand guns.
This has two iron halves joined with a hinge pin at the end, no sprue cutter. Has cavities for both conical and round ball. Measures 4.5” in length. Surface has some dark spotting but no pitting. No visible markings.
A fine example of a bullet mold for guns like the pepperbox and Colt “Root” revolver. [jet][ph:L]
