Iron scissor-type mold to cast a lead round ball for pistols. Measures approximately 3.25” long overall. Single cavity mold with spout. Sprue cutter is formed between the two handles. Cavity measures approximately 0.35”.
On the end of one handle is a square lug that acts as a wrench that fits into the muzzle to unscrew the barrel. On the end of the other handle is a small percussion nipple wrench.
No markings on this mold. Iron shows a light rust. [jet][ph:L]
