This is the sergeant’s combination tool for the Pattern 1853 Enfield. The tool is made up of several parts. The body of the tool is shaped like a “Y”. The body of the tool measures over 5” long. A ball screw and a pointy “drift” are fitted in the ends. Located along the body was a cone pick on one side and a main spring clamp on the other. The arms of the “Y” have a screw driver blade on one end and is threaded on the other holding a wiper. Stamped on one of the arms is “T & C.G.” Very good condition.
