A delicately carved white horn powder scoop about 3-1/4 inches long. Used for measuring out the charge from a powder horn, the body transitions from the rounded scoop section to a faceted tip with wider and then very narrow tip, both sections decorated with small dots and the wider section given some cross strokes to create a row of dots and diamonds in line with a small hole for suspension cord.
This would show off very nicely in display of powder horns or with a game bag of the period. [sr][ph:L]
