Offered is a complete leather M1904 holster made by the Rock Island Arsenal – the type that was used with all .38 caliber revolvers issued between 1892 and 1909.
All stitching is intact and strong and three rivets secure the belt loop. Flap is marked “60 / ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL / H.E.K.” Finial remains intact, as does the lanyard loop at bottom. Minimal crazing is noted and the russet leather is supple and uncracked. Holster measures 12.5” in total length and 4.25” at the widest point.
A nice example of a 1904 that would display very nicely. [cm] [ph:L]
