This crudely made brass spur has a very nice dark patina on its surfaces. The keepers are slightly bent inward the arm is attached to the top of the yoke at the back and is missing the rowel.

This Confederate spur was dug in Bunker Hill, WV, which was along the Confederate retreat route from Gettysburg.
