Top hangar features seal of the Grand Army of the Republic. Original pin is on reverse. A bright red ribbon is suspended between the upper and lower components. The lower bar reads, “REPRESENTATIVE”. Suspended from this is a thick round medal with text “COMMANDER GEORGE I. RUDOLPH” surrounding a bust of him. On the back of the medal “63rd ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT DEPT. OF PENNA. G.A.R. GETTYSBURG JUNE 1929” within a wreath. Entire length measures 3.5”. In excellent condition. [jet] [ph:L]
