Large portion of brass Hotchkiss percussion fuse; only top is blown off and missing. Nice green patina.

Recovered by local Gettysburg resident John Cullison, who excavated relics on the field from 1935-1959. This piece was recovered in the Rose Farm. Cullison sold his relics to the famed Rosensteel family, who built the primary collection of Gettysburg artifacts at the Electric Map Museum.  [jet] [PH:L]
