Excavated New York cuff button. Very good detail with 60% gilt over brown patina. Straight shank, Extra Quality backmark.

Recovered by local Gettysburg resident John Cullison, who excavated relics on the field from 1935-1959. This piece was recovered in the Rose Farm Woods. Cullison sold his relics to the famed Rosensteel family, who built the primary collection of Gettysburg artifacts at the Electric Map Museum.  [jet] [ph:L]
